Stories
These are all the stories I’ve written, sorted by species. If you’d like your own, check out my commissions / requests page! I’m also going to write articles to help people learn how to write their own transformation stories.
How to use the index
Just click on the first letter of the species you’re looking for! If you’re looking for “fox,” for instance, click on the letter ‘f.’
B
- Bat - Bat GirlPeter Parker could do backflips untrained after he got bit by a spider. Would a real animal-themed superhero have things so easy? I don't think so! A commission for Yurodivy.
- Bat - Blind As A ...This is the only drawn-out transformation I've written. It takes place over the span of weeks, though, and the child that it happens to is blind ... which makes for an interesting combination! Set in Edwardian England.
C
- Cat - Magic Can HappenCould you face life as an anthro in the real world? It wouldn't be as much fun as you'd think. Just because something's magical, doesn't make it a good thing! A story about unpleasant side effects.
- Catgirl - OnnanekoWhat would an anime-style catgirl really be like? I had a lot of fun writing this one. Written as a request for Arbutus, who wanted a story where it was an animal instead of a human who transformed.
- Chimera - Spirit HunterI think that when the Apocalpyse hits, people will live in camps outside of large cities and raid the suburbs for supplies. Like canned food, smartphones, comic books ... and animals to change into!
- Coyote - Harbingers of ChangeYour best friend's a disabled fast-food worker. She just turned into a werewolf and tore the whole restaurant apart. How're you going to keep her from being captured, killed and dissected? Oh, and did I mention that you're a werecoyote now? Written as a commission for Kickahaota! The Cynocephali were created by Yurodivy.
D
- Dog - A Better LifeA man in Australia undergoes expensive treatment to become the fur of his dreams. He then shares the recovery ward with a young child, who has a slightly different perspective on things ...
- Dragon - Draco DormiensIf you were an adventurer in a medieval fantasy world, you'd probably love a spell that turned you into a dragon temporarily. Unless it went wrong, and wasn't quite as temporary as you'd hoped! Written as a commission for Baako, who did the site's title banner in return, and inspired by a D&D campaign.
- Dragon - Spiritual AwakeningThey've taken over your home. But you can fight back, because you aren't the person you thought you were. You're a dragon ... Written as a request for Aleph.
F
- Fox - A Dream Come TrueA teenager becomes his fursona inside a dream, but finds out that he's changed inside the waking world. So he does what anyone would do -- he locks himself in his room!
- Fox - A Seasonal TaleWhat if you became your fursona, but nobody else could see you for who you were? Not unless they looked really closely, if even then. Would you think you were crazy? It'd be just your luck if it happened around Christmastime ...
- Fox - Crystal CoreWould you rather come back to life as an anime robot designed by an iElectronics company, or as a walking fursuit? Find out how Creator-Unreal's character chose! Written as a commission.
- Fox - Shades of CineroargenteusI think most furry artists want to become the fursona they draw. But what if you became a cartoon drawing in the real world? Written as a commission for Virmir, whose character didn't mind the situation at all!
K
- Kangaroo - Rough LandingThis is the only kangaroo transformation I've ever written. It'll probably stay that way for a very long time. Also features a pizza delivery guy and a Halloween party, and contains several shout-outs to other stories I've written!
- Kitsune - Help WantedA newly-minted Kitsune discovers his powers, and is giddy with all the possibilities until reality smacks him upside the head. But is it really reality, or just cynicism? This story may be my favorite one that I've written so far.
O
- Opossum - Anomie: The Will to Power (Part 1)When Corrine finds out she has a dangerous spiritual disease eating away at her soul and giving her the mind of an animal, she's forced to leave her the safety of the cities and her former life behind to go to an internment camp and hope for an unlikely cure. Of course, there's the matter of getting there safely first. And with all sorts of vicious half-human, half-animal monsters running around, that's easier said than done.
- Owl - Mixed BlessingsStephanie desperately wants to be a mage, just like her brothers and the rest of the world around her. Unfortunately, a rare disorder has robbed her of the ability to do so. So when a mysterious stranger comes along to offer her what she's always dreamed of, she's hard-pressed to refuse. But all decisions have their consequences, intended or otherwise...
R
- Rabbit - Independence DayThose angsty people on LiveJournal. It's fun to tweak them, isn't it? Maybe it wouldn't be if you knew what they had to go through. Inspired by my experiences with autism, although I didn't know that's what it was at the time.
- Raccoon - Be-muse-dWhether you're a writer, an artist, or a fursuit maker, getting into that state of creative flow is like becoming your muse ... or your fursona. But what if you have writer's block? Written as a commission for Traxer!
T
- Tiger - Tiger at PlayThis is my only script-format story, and I don't think it came out very well. It's pretty lighthearted, though, which is a plus! Written as a request for Vincent Rose, who works backstage during his high school plays.
W
- Wolf - Crimson SnowWouldn't it be nice to become a wolf and just run off into the woods? You'd never have to worry about humans trying to hurt you again. Oh, wait ...
- Wolf - Harbingers of ChangeYour best friend's a disabled fast-food worker. She just turned into a werewolf and tore the whole restaurant apart. How're you going to keep her from being captured, killed and dissected? Oh, and did I mention that you're a werecoyote now? Written as a commission for Kickahaota! The Cynocephali were created by Yurodivy.
- Wolf - Imaginary FriendsNot all transformations are physical. Sometimes your imagination can help you out, giving you the strength to press on and reminding you why it's important ... and who it's important to.
