Very nice. I read the first part and was intrigued enough to pounce on this and print it out when this was released. This continues to deepen the story. Whereas the first did a good job at describing the festering feelings of her soul reacting to her surroundings, this part does a good job in laying out her feelings when she becomes the creature.

That being said, I can't tell you how happy I am that you have went the route of having her be a creature that I've never run across in anthromorphic fiction so far. And the little instinctual details (ah, the ripeness that comes with aged meat) did much to complete the illusion. That alone would be reason to read on, but the voice of the piece just puts the frosting on the cake.

The narrator has a nice snark to her that completed the effect of this. Sure, she'd depressed and confused and desperate, but those little glimmers of dark humour (the "list" for one thing) made this enjoyable. Her debate between Hollywood and reality also gives a nice sense of the setting. I'm genuinely curious to see where this tale shall head and look forward to reading more.

As I said before, excellent work. You're a natural in first person. (Though shame on you for the cliff hanger.) :D

I felt all of Corrine's confusion, fear, desperation, and hopelessness in this chapter. I'm really getting attached to her character and I can't wait to find out what happens next, and also to find out what happened to Leander.

Sorry, I'm running a bit blank on what else to say, but I hope this is enough for now. Keep it up~ ;)
